Lisa began working with the Richards & Addy financial planning team as a Strategic Consultant in 2017 and officially joined the firm in January 2021.
She has over 13 years of experience in strategic marketing, business development, and project management for wealth management firms.
As the firm’s Practice Manager, Lisa is passionate about supporting the entire team’s overall vision and developing integrated strategies for:
- Enhancing our overall client experience
- Elevating our brand awareness and expanding our footprint in the communities we serve
- Streamlining systems and processes to create optimal operational efficiency
- Cultivating a collaborative and dynamic team culture
She graduated from Michigan State University in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the Eli Board College of Business.
Lisa resides in Milford with her husband, Tom, and daughter, Mackenzie. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, boating, camping, and yoga.
